As promised, a few photos from our first week!

The statue of San Pedro in el centro–it’s huge! You can just barely see the Catholic church (white building) through the tree in the right of the photo.

A Spanish Baptist school tucked away in a residential neighborhood of San Pedro. At least that’s what our host dad says it is, unless it got lost in translation, which is definitely possible.
